A pro-active force in the community.

Bridging the gap between resources and the diverse needs of the community.

Black O.P.S. Support Network uses resources in the community that exist to provide supportive services and wrap-around services. Black OPS organizes community-based organizations, re-entry providers, mental health providers, and health care systems to meet the needs of newly released individuals. Black OPS provides individualized advocacy foreach client as needed.

It is governed by a board that provides oversight and guidance. Client selection is reviewed by the full board, which provides recommendations. The final decision of acceptance is provided by the CEO/President. Daily operations and approval of expenditures are recommended by the CEO/President, with final approval by the operations consultant.

Youth Life Skills Initiative

We are dedicated to proactively teaching the youth essential life skills. Through hands-on workshops and interactive programs, they equip young individuals with the knowledge and abilities needed to navigate daily challenges and succeed in adulthood.

Community Harmony Project

We are focused on teaching the community vital skills in conflict resolution, good decision-making, and how to handle police interactions. By offering training sessions and educational outreach, they aim to foster safer, more cohesive neighborhoods.

Support for Communities

We support previously incarcerated individuals by connecting them to crucial resources that help them stay compliant with their conditions of release. The organization provides access to employment opportunities, housing assistance, and counseling services to aid in their successful reintegration into society.

“We strive to be a pro-active solution to the community by connecting the community to pre-existing resources.”

— Quinton Ballew., CEO & President
